Baseball Island Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that offers a pro-level, no-cost training program to student athletes who commit to their eduction, in order to help them chase their baseball dreams.
Come join us for an incredible trip building relationships with young Dominican athletes and helping an amazing organization that is making a significant impact in equipping student athletes for their futures, whether in or out of baseball.
In this action-packed week, we will be:
- Helping the youth practice their English skills
- Visiting an orphanage to share some love and supplies
- Touring MLB Dominican academies
- Construction projects in the community
- Beach party with the Baseball Island boys
- Build lasting relationships with these boys and their families
Cost for the trip is $2995 per person, plus airfare. This cost includes everything - all transportation in country, food (except a meal or two and any snacks or souvenirs you choose to purchase), and lodging. Because Baseball Island Foundation is a nonprofit organization, the trip costs - including your airfare expenses - qualifies as a tax deduction.

When is the trip?
The trip is happening February 1-9, 2025.
What are my trip fees funding?
The cost of your trip goes 100% to the Baseball Island Foundation. Your fees will cover all of the lodging, food, and travel expenses for you during the trip, as well as funding the projects that we will be doing while we are there.
How do I reserve my spot?
After you submit the signup form on this page, we will send an email with details. $1,000 deposit per person is required to hold your spot, with the balance being due by January 1, 2025.
How do I submit payment for the trip?
When you signup, you will be sent information for submitting payment. The payment will be made directly to Baseball Island Foundation via PayPal.
What about airfare? When do I travel?
You'll purchase your own airfare and submit receipts to Baseball Island Foundation for your end-of-year tax letter. You'll need to land in Santo Domingo on February 1 and fly back out of Santo Domingo airport on February 9. We will communicate travel timing once your deposit is made, and we will arrange all travel to/from the Santo Domingo airport.
